So….. We are always seeking experienced IT desktop support engineers for our busy Wooburn Green office. This key role requires someone with a thorough knowledge of desktop computers and network servers, peripheral hardware and software and their integration into office systems. The role will involve supporting clients via remote access, by phone and on-site visits. 

You will need to know

XP Home & Pro
All MS Office applications, servers, and networks
MS Exchange & SBS would be an advantage

Excellent telephone manner
Good organisational skills
Presentable
Enthusiastic
Good sense of humour
Must be able to work as part of a team
Car owner / driver essential

Salary dependant on skill level and experience
